We currently focus primarily on residential services while accepting commercial and storefront opportunities.

Yes. We encourage recurring maintenance through our Supreme Team membership program.

What is the Supreme Team?

The Supreme Team is our free customer appreciation membership program designed to reward recurring and loyal customers with exclusive discounts and Supreme Credits.

Does the Supreme Team cost money to join?

No. The Supreme Team is completely free to join.

What are Supreme Credits?

Supreme Credits are promotional service credits earned after completed services. Supreme Credits can be applied toward future eligible services.

Supreme Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be transferred
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Are managed administratively by Big Ts Supreme Cleaning Services

How do I earn Supreme Credits?

Silver Members

  • Earn $3 Supreme Credits after $100+ in services is completed
  • Earn $6 Supreme Credits after $200+ in services is completed

Gold Members

  • Earn $5 Supreme Credits after $100+ in services is completed
  • Earn $10 Supreme Credits after $200+ in services is completed

Platinum Members

  • Earn $7 Supreme Credits after $100+ in services is completed
  • Earn $14 Supreme Credits after $200+ in services is completed

Is there a minimum amount required to redeem Supreme Credits?

Yes. Customers must have a minimum balance of $10 in available Supreme Credits before redemption.

How do I redeem Supreme Credits?

Customers may request redemption before checkout. A one time promotional discount code will be issued for the approved amount and can be applied toward a future eligible service.

Can Supreme Credits be combined with other promotions?

Yes. Especially during our launch phase. However, some discounts or future promotional offers may not be combined. Big Ts Supreme Cleaning Services reserves the right to limit stacked discounts when necessary.

How do I qualify for membership tiers?

Silver Membership

Available for annual or bi-annual service customers.

Gold Membership

Available for quarterly or bi-quarterly service customers.

Platinum Membership

Available for monthly or every two week recurring service customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods include:

How do I book a service?

Customers may:

  • Book directly through our website
  • Use our online booking system
  • Contact us directly for scheduling assistance

What should I do before my appointment?

To help services run efficiently, customers may be asked to:

  • Remove fragile items near work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured
  • Provide access to requested service areas
  • Clear light obstructions when possible
  • Make sure someone 18 y/o or older is present on property

Additional instructions may be provided depending on the service booked.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. All services offer free estimates except dryer vent cleaning. Supreme Team Members are exempt from paying estimates.  

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully covered to protect our residential/commercial clients.

What happens if weather affects my appointment?

Outdoor services may need to be rescheduled due to:

  • Heavy rain
  • Thunderstorms
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • High winds

Customer safety and service quality always come first.

Do you clean high or hard to reach windows?

Yes. We currently offer three story high reach cleaning services using commercialized extension equipment where safely accessible.

Certain properties or heights may require specialized equipment and may be evaluated on a case by case basis.

 

 

Can I share photos or videos after service?

Yes! Customers may occasionally participate in promotional photo or video opportunities featuring our:

Community banner campaign.

Participation is always optional.

Eligible customers may qualify for future promotional discounts depending on current campaign terms.

What is the “I GOT THE SUPREME CLEAN!” campaign?

This is a customer appreciation and community engagement campaign where customers may choose to take a photo or video with our branded banner after service completion. Customers will receive 5% off next service for a photo and 10% off next service for video.

The goal is to celebrate local homes, businesses, and satisfied customers throughout our service communities. 

Can program benefits or pricing change?

Yes. Big Ts Supreme Cleaning Services reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Update membership benefits
  • Change promotions
  • Adjust service availability
  • Update policies

at any time when necessary.
